Effect of Repurchase. Upon the completion of any repurchase of Preferred Units (including Series PA Preferred Units) by the Company, such Units shall be deemed canceled and no longer outstanding for purposes of this Agreement and the calculation of Membership Interests, unless otherwise designated by the Board.
