Effect of Signature. Each person signing a supplement and/or purchase order or this EPL Agreement represents that he or she has read the supplement and/or purchase order and this EPL Agreement in its entirety, understands its terms, is duly authorized to execute the supplement and/or purchase order or this EPL Agreement on behalf of the parties and agrees to be bound by the terms contained herein. Accordingly, the supplement and/or purchase order and this EPL Agreement shall not be construed or interpreted in favor of or against the State or Seller on the basis of draftsmanship or preparation hereof.
