By entering this Contract, you certify that you have read all the terms and conditions of this Contract and of the Housing Handbook and agree to be bound by the terms of this Contract. This Contract may be entered into by Resident using their advanced preferred first name as registered with the University and Resident agrees that a Contract so signed shall be binding on Resident just as if signing under the Resident’s legal name.
