EFFECT OF STUDENT CANCELLATION Sample Clauses

Typically, this clause outlines the financial and administrative consequences of cancellation, such as whether tuition or fees are refunded, if any penalties apply, and the process for notifying the institution. Its core practical function is to provide clarity and set expectations for both the student and the institution regarding the outcomes and obligations triggered by a student's cancellation, thereby reducing disputes and misunderstandings.
