Effect of Termination and Survival of Terms. Termination of this ------------------------------------------- Agreement shall be without prejudice to any rights or remedies available to either party arising prior to such termination by reason of breach of this Agreement. The provisions of Sections 1, 7, and 8 shall survive expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason.
