The following terms apply to any termination under this Agreement, including without limitation, termination for convenience and for default: (a) Immediately upon any termination of this Agreement, Adaptec shall, to the extent and at times specified by Purchaser, stop all work on outstanding Purchase Orders, incur no further direct cost, and protect all property in which Purchaser has or may acquire an interest pursuant to this Section 16.
