Effect of Termination of Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason: (a) all Domain Name Registrations in the name of the Registrant shall be immediately and automatically deleted and they shall be made available for any other person to register; (b) in the case of a Registrant who is a Member, the immediate and automatic termination of the Registrant’s Membership in ▇▇▇▇; and (c) Sections 5.1, 6, 7.9, 8, 9 and 10 of this Agreement shall survive.
