Effect of Termination of Operator. The termination of any Operator’s rights to operate by Queensland Rail in accordance with this clause 15: (a) does not affect the Access Holder’s Access Rights or the ability of the Access Holder to nominate an Operator generally in accordance with clauses 2.2 or 4.1; and (b) does not prohibit the Access Holder from nominating a different Operator to utilise the suspended Train Services in accordance with clauses 2.2 or 4.1.
