Common use of Effect of Termination on Compensation Clause in Contracts

Effect of Termination on Compensation. In the event of the termination of this Agreement prior to the expiration of the Initial Term or the Extension Term then in effect, as the case may be, pursuant to Section 5.01 or Section 5.02, Employee shall be entitled to Employee's Base Salary (subject to standard deductions) at the rate then in effect to the date of such termination, computed pro rata up to and including that date, and Employee shall be entitled to no further compensation after the date of such termination.

Effect of Termination on Compensation. In the event of the termination of this Agreement prior to the expiration completion of the Initial Term or the Extension Term then term of employment specified in effect, as the case may beit, pursuant to Section 5.01 5.01, 5.02 or Section 5.025.03, Employee shall be entitled to Employee's Base Salary (subject to standard deductions) at the rate then in effect compensation earned by Employee to the date of such terminationtermination as provided in the Agreement, computed pro rata up to and including that date, and Employee shall be entitled to no further compensation after the date of such termination.
