Effect of Termination on Other Positions. If, on the Date of Termination, the Employee is a member of the Board or the board of directors of any of Duke Energy’s affiliates, or holds any other position with Duke Energy or its affiliates, the Employee shall be deemed to have resigned from all such positions as of the date of his termination of employment with Duke Energy. The Employee agrees to execute such documents and take such other actions as Duke Energy may request to reflect such resignation.
