Effect of the Contract. ‌ This document constitutes the complete and entire Agreement between the parties. All rights and duties are specifically expressed in this Settlement. All prior representations, statements, negotiations, understandings, and undertakings are superseded hereby. The Employer and the Union agree that each of the parties, during the negotiation of this Agreement, had an unlimited opportunity to raise any and all issues or questions concerning wages, hours, and working conditions.
