Common use of Effect of Third Supplemental Indenture Clause in Contracts

Effect of Third Supplemental Indenture. With respect to the Notes (and only with respect to the Notes), the Base Indenture shall be supplemented pursuant to Section 10.01(f) thereof to establish the terms of the Notes as set forth in this Third Supplemental Indenture, including, without limitation, as follows:

Effect of Third Supplemental Indenture. With respect to the Notes (and only with respect to the Notes)only, the Base Indenture shall be supplemented pursuant to Section 10.01(f) 901 thereof to establish the terms of the Notes as set forth in this Third Supplemental Indenture. To the extent that the provisions of this Third Supplemental Indenture conflict with any provision of the Base Indenture, including, without limitation, as follows:the provisions of this Third Supplemental Indenture shall govern and be controlling.
