Common use of Effect of Transfer or Exchange Clause in Contracts

Effect of Transfer or Exchange. All Notes issued upon any transfer or exchange of Notes shall be the valid obligations of Borrower evidencing the same respective obligations, and entitled to the same security and benefits under this Agreement, as the Notes surrendered upon such transfer or exchange. Initial Lender shall make a notation on each new Note of the date to which interest on the replaced Note(s) has been paid.
