Effect of Transfers. No subletting, or assignment will release Tenant from any of its obligations under this Lease unless Landlord agrees to the contrary in writing Acceptance of Rent by Landlord from any person other than Tenant will not be deemed a waiver by Landlord of any provision of this Section 13.8. Consent to one assignment or sub-letting will not be deemed consent to any subsequent assignment or subletting.
