Effect of Violation of Transfer Restrictions. Any offer, sale, assignment, transfer, endorsement, pledge, mortgage, hypothecation, or other conveyance or disposition of all or any portion of this Warrant or any Warrant Shares issued from time to time upon exercise of this Warrant, or of any interest in this Warrant or any of such Warrant Shares, in violation of this Article IX or the other applicable portions of this Warrant shall be null and void.
