Effect of Withdrawal. Withdrawal of the Accordion Facility Proposal shall terminate the process set out in this Clause 6 (Establishment of Accordion Facility) in respect of the Accordion Facility proposed in the Accordion Facility Proposal and the Accordion Facility shall not be established. Any withdrawal of an Accordion Facility Proposal shall not prohibit the Corporate Guarantor from delivering one or more new Accordion Facility Proposals at a later date but within the Accordion Facility Availability Period.
