Effect of Wrongful Termination. If either COST CUTTERS or the FRANCHISEE takes any action to terminate this Agreement or to convert the FRANCHISEE'S Cost Cutters Business to another business, and if such action was taken without first complying with the applicable terms and conditions (including the notice and opportunity to cure provisions) of this Agreement, then such action will not relieve either party of, or release either party from, any of its obligations under this Agreement, and the terms and conditions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect and the parties will be obligated to perform all terms until such time as this Agreement expires or is terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and applicable law, as determined by an Arbitrator or a Court of competent jurisdiction.
