Effect on Other Plans and Agreements. The Executive shall have no rights to any severance benefits under any Company severance pay plan, offer letter, individual agreement or otherwise; provided, however, that in the event of a Change in Control, the Executive shall receive benefits under the Qualtrics International Inc. Executive Change in Control Severance Plan (the “Change in Control Plan”) which shall be mutually exclusive with this Agreement, and in no event shall the Executive be entitled to payments or benefits pursuant to both Section 5 of this Agreement and the Change in Control Plan. During the Initial Term, the Company may not terminate the Change in Control Plan with respect to the Executive or amend the Change in Control Plan in a manner that is adverse to the Executive.
