Effect on Other Provisions. If distributions are made in accordance with this Section 3.8 with respect to a Plan Year, then the limitations of Section 3.2(b) shall be deemed satisfied for the Plan Year. Except to the extent provided by the Secretary of the Treasury, distributions hereunder shall be taken into account under Article 4.
