The transferee shall be bound by the terms and provisions of this Agreement to the extent to which triggering events which relate to the transferee shall trigger the offer or sale of said stock. For purposes of determining who shall be entitled to purchase or is bound to purchase stock offered or to be sold, the Transferee shall be so entitled or bound.
