EFFECTIVE AND TERMINATING DATES. The Agreement shall be effective from April 1, 2018 and shall remain in force and be binding upon the parties until March 31, 2021 and from year to year thereafter unless terminated by either party on written notice served during the month of December 2020. If notice is not given under subsection (1) by either party ninety (90) days or more before the expiry of the agreement, both are deemed to have been given notice ninety (90) days before the expiry.
