Common use of Effective Date and Allocations Clause in Contracts

Effective Date and Allocations. If the Commitment Amount is increased in accordance with this Section, the Administrative Agent and the Borrower shall determine the effective date of each such increase (each an “Incremental Commitment Increase Effective Date”) and the final allocation of each Incremental Commitment. The Administrative Agent shall promptly notify the Borrower and the Lenders of the final allocation of such increase and the applicable Incremental Commitment Increase Effective Date.

The Administrative Agent shall promptly notify the Borrower and the Lenders of the final allocation of such increase Incremental Term Loan and the applicable Incremental Commitment Increase Effective Date.

If the total Commitment Amount is increased in accordance with this SectionSection 2.22, the Administrative Agent Required Lenders and the Borrower shall will determine the effective date of each such increase (each an “Incremental Commitment Increase Effective Date”) and the final allocation of each Incremental Commitmentsuch increase. The Administrative Agent shall will promptly notify the Borrower and the Lenders of the final allocation of such increase and the applicable Incremental Commitment Increase Effective Dateeffective date thereof.
