Common use of Effective Date and Term of the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Effective Date and Term of the Agreement. A. The effective date of this Agreement shall be the date that it was signed by the Director of the Department of Health. B. The term of this Agreement shall be from the date originally signed by the Director of the Department of Health., through the date the Grant ends, with task orders renewable annually on the first day of each new fiscal year.
