EFFECTIVE DATE AND TERMINATION OF THE CUSTODIAN AS FOREIGN CUSTODY MANAGER. The Board's delegation to the Custodian as Foreign Custody Manager of the Fund shall be effective as of the date of execution of this Agreement and shall remain in effect

EFFECTIVE DATE AND TERMINATION OF THE CUSTODIAN AS FOREIGN CUSTODY MANAGER. The Board's ’s delegation to the Custodian as Foreign Custody Manager of the Fund Funds shall be effective as of the date of execution of this Agreement hereof and shall remain in effecteffect until the Custody Agreement is terminated as provided in Section 16 of this Agreement. The provisions of Section 3.2.2 hereof shall govern the delegation to and termination of the Custodian as Foreign Custody Manager of the Funds with respect to designated countries.
