Common use of Effective Date Certificate Clause in Contracts

Effective Date Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received the Effective Date Certificate in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A-1 from the Borrower.

Effective Date Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate, dated the Effective Date Certificate in and signed by the form attached hereto as Exhibit A-1 from chief financial officer or the treasurer of the Borrower, confirming the satisfaction of the conditions set forth in this §8.

Effective Date Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate, dated the Effective Date Certificate in and signed on behalf of the form attached hereto as Exhibit A-1 from Borrower by the President, a Vice President or a Financial Officer of the Borrower, confirming compliance with the conditions set forth in paragraphs (b) and (c) of this Section 3 as of the Effective Date.

Effective Date Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate dated the Effective Date Certificate in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A-1 from the chief financial officer or treasurer of the Borrower, confirming satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Sections 6.01, 6.02 and 6.10.

The Administrative Agent shall have received the Effective Date Certificate a certificate substantially in the form attached hereto as of Exhibit A-1 from A hereto, dated the Fifth Amendment Effective Date and duly executed and delivered by the chief executive, financial or accounting (or equivalent) Authorized Officer of each Borrower.

The Administrative Agent shall have received received, with counterparts for each Lender, the Effective Date Certificate in Certificate, dated the form attached hereto as Exhibit A-1 from Effective Date and duly executed and delivered by the chief executive officer, the chief financial officer, an Authorized Person or the Treasurer of the Borrower.
