Effective Date; Full Force and Effect. This Amendment #2 is hereby made a part of the Original Agreement and shall take effect upon execution by all parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the amendments contemplated herein shall be retroactively applicable as of the date of execution of the Original Agreement. All provisions in the Original Agreement, any attachments to the Original Agreement, or any previous amendments that are in conflict with this Amendment #2 are hereby changed to conform to this Amendment #2. Except as expressly modified in this Amendment #2, the Original Agreement remains intact, unchanged, and in full force and effect.
