Common use of Effective Date of Annexation Clause in Contracts

Effective Date of Annexation. The annexation of the Annexation Area by the City shall become effective the later of fifteen (15) days after the annexation is deemed approved under RCW 36.93.100 or five (5) days after passage and publication of the City’s adoption of an annexation ordinance pursuant to RCW 35A.14.296.
