Common use of Effective Date of Annexation Clause in Contracts

Effective Date of Annexation. The annexation of the Property to the Town shall become effective upon the filing of the Annexation Ordinance and map with the Elbert County Clerk and Recorder pursuant to C.R.S. 31-12-113(2). The Town shall make such filing upon the last to occur of the following, and not otherwise: a. Final approval of the Annexation Ordinance;
