Common use of Effective Date of Annexation Clause in Contracts

Effective Date of Annexation. The effective date of this annexation, and the effective date of the Annexation Ordinance (the “Annexation Effective Date”), shall be the later of the dates upon which the Annexation Ordinance is passed and the Agreement is signed by all Parties.
