Effective Date of Coverage. MCO coverage of Enrollees shall commence as follows: For Medical Assistance, when enrollment occurs and has been entered on the STATE’s MMIS on or before the Cut-Off Date, medical coverage shall commence at midnight, Minnesota time, on the first day of the month following the month in which the enrollment was entered on the STATE MMIS.
