Common use of Effective Date of Permitted Transfers Clause in Contracts

Effective Date of Permitted Transfers. Any Transfers permitted by this Article VII shall be effective upon the consummation of a transaction in compliance with Table of Contents Section 7.1 and, if applicable, Section 7.2. The Board of Managers shall provide the Members with written notice of such Transfer as promptly as possible after the consummation thereof. Any transferee of Units shall be subject to the restrictions on Transfer imposed by this Agreement.
