Common use of EFFECTIVE DATE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS Clause in Contracts

EFFECTIVE DATE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS. (a) This Agreement shall come in force from the date of signing of this Agreement and shall remain in force and effect until all the monies due and payable to IHFL under the Loan as well as other agreement/s, document/s that may be executed between the Borrower/s and IHFL are fully paid to the complete satisfaction of IHFL. (b) Notwithstanding anything contained in the present Agreement, IHFL may at any time, at its sole discretion, and without assigning any reason, decide to alter/modify the terms and conditions of the present Agreement by giving a notice to the Borrower/s.
