Effective Date of this Lease; Duration of Lease Term. This Lease shall become effective upon its delivery and the leasehold interest created by this Lease shall then begin, and, subject to the other provisions of this Lease (including particularly Articles X, XI, and XII hereof), shall expire at midnight, December 1, 2015, or if at said time and on said date Payment in Full of the Series 2000A Bonds shall not have been made, then on such date as such payment shall have been made.
