Common use of Effective Date of this Lease Clause in Contracts

Effective Date of this Lease. All terms, conditions, and covenants by Tenant contained in this Lease shall be effective as of delivery of an executed copy of this Lease by Landlord to Tenant, except the covenant to pay Base Rent and Additional Rent, which shall be effective on the Commencement Date.
