Common use of Effective Date Term and Expiration Clause in Contracts

Effective Date Term and Expiration. 15.1 Effective Date: Execution in Counterparts, This Agreement shall become effective on the first day when all of the following shall have occurred: (i) this Agreement shall have been duly executed and delivered by SCPPA and Purchaser, and (ii) the Power Purchase Agreement shall have been duly executed and delivered by SCPPA and the Power Purchase Provider. Once the Power Purchase Agreement has been executed and delivered as set forth above, SCPPA shall deliver a copy of the same to Purchaser.
