All the provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding any cancellation or suspension under the General ConditionsConditions applicable to the Development Credit Agreement or the Loan Agreement.

Upon incorporation of the distribution business units into separate companies, the Borrower will cause these entities to enter into Project Agreements with the Association thereby assuming NEPA’s respective obligations for implementation of the Project set forth herein. Section 5.04. All the provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding any cancellation or suspension under the General Conditions.

All the provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding any cancellation or suspension under the General ConditionsConditions applicable to the Development Credit Agreement.

(b) If the Development Credit Agreement or the Loan Agreement terminates in accordance with its terms before the date specified in paragraph (a) (ii) of this Section, the Association shall promptly notify ADF LHPC of this event. Section 5.03. All the provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding any cancellation or suspension under the General Conditions.

(a) This Agreement and all obligations of the Association and of ADF ADEX thereunder shall terminate on the earlier of the following two dates: (i) the date on which the Development Credit Agreement shall terminate in accordance with its termsterminate; or (ii) the date twenty 15 years after the date of this Agreement. (b) If the Development Credit Agreement terminates in accordance with its terms before the date specified in paragraph (a) (ii) of this Section, the Association shall promptly notify ADF ADEX of this event. Section 5.03. All the provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding any cancellation or suspension under the General Conditions.

(a) This Agreement and all obligations of the Association and of ADF NDDB respectively thereunder shall terminate on the earlier of the following two dates: (i) the date on which the Development Credit Agreement and the Loan Agreement shall terminate have terminated in accordance with its their respective terms; or (ii) the date twenty 15 years after the date of this Agreement. (b) If the Development Credit Agreement terminates or the Loan Agreement or both of said Agreements terminate in accordance with its their respective terms before the date specified in paragraph (a) ) (ii) of this Section, the Association shall promptly notify ADF NDDB of this event. Section 5.03. All the provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding any cancellation or suspension under the General Conditions.
