Effective Date; Termination. Section 6.01. The following events are specified as additional conditions to the effectiveness of the Development Credit Agreement within the meaning of Section 12.01 (b) of the General Conditions: (a) the personnel referred to in Sections 3.04 (b), 3.05, and 3.13 of this Agreement have been employed; and (b) OFA has been legally established with the assets of ACD, and of the input supply unit of CAMARA in accordance with Sec- tion 3.11 of this Agreement, all in a manner satisfactory to the Association. Section 6.02. The date ninety (90) days after the date of this Agreement is hereby specified for the purposes of Section 12.04 of the General Conditions.

Section 6.02. The date ninety one hundred twenty (90120) days after the date of this Agreement is hereby specified for the purposes of Section 12.04 of the General Conditions.

Section 6.02. The date ninety (90) days after the date of this Agreement is hereby specified for the purposes of Section 12.04 of the General Conditions.

Section 6.02. The date ninety (90) days after the date of this Agreement is hereby specified for the purposes of Section 12.04 of the General Conditions.

Section 6.02. The date ninety (90) days after the date of this Agreement is hereby specified for the purposes of Section 12.04 of the General Conditions.

Section 6.02. The date ninety one hundred and twenty (90120) days after the date of this Agreement is hereby specified for the purposes of Section 12.04 of the General Conditions.

The following events are specified as additional addi- tional conditions to the effectiveness of the Development Credit Agreement within the meaning of Section 12.01 12.O1 (b) of the General Conditions: (a) the personnel referred to in Sections 3.04 Subsidiary Loan Agreements have been executed on behalf of Punjab and the Implementing Agencies; (b), 3.05, and 3.13 ) the Executive Committee of this Agreement have been employedthe National Economic Council has approved the PC-1 document with respect to the Project; and (bc) OFA has been legally established with all conditions precedent to the assets of ACD, and effectiveness of the input supply unit of CAMARA in accordance with Sec- tion 3.11 ODA Funding Agreement, other than the effectiveness of this Agreement, all in a manner satisfactory to the Associationhave been fulfilled. Section 6.02. The date ninety (90) days after the date of this Agreement is hereby specified for the purposes of Section 12.04 of the General Conditions.

Effective Date; Termination. Section 6.015.01. The following events are specified as additional conditions to the effectiveness of the Development Credit Agreement within the meaning of Section 12.01 (b) of the General Conditions: (a) that the personnel Borrower has selected the consultants necessary to carry out the studies referred to in Sections 3.04 (b), 3.05, under Parts A.1 and 3.13 2 and Part B.1 of this Agreement have been employedthe Project; and (b) OFA that the account referred to under Section 3.03 of this Agreement has been legally established with opened and that the assets of ACD, and of initial deposit referred to under the input supply unit of CAMARA in accordance with Sec- tion 3.11 of this Agreement, all in a manner satisfactory to the Associationsame Section has been made. Section 6.025.02. The date ninety (90) days after the date of this Agreement is hereby specified for the purposes of Section 12.04 of the General Conditions.

Effective Date; Termination. Section 6.01. The following events are specified as additional conditions to the effectiveness of the Development Credit Agreement within the meaning of Section 12.01 (b) of the General Conditions: (a) the personnel referred Borrower has appointed to in Sections 3.04 (b), 3.05, at least four NRIU staff positions candidates whose qualifications and 3.13 of this Agreement have been employedexperience are acceptable to the Association; and (b) OFA the Borrower has been legally established with the assets of ACD, and of the input supply unit of CAMARA employed consultants to NRIU in accordance with Sec- tion 3.11 the provisions set forth in Section II of Schedule 3 to this Agreement, all in a manner satisfactory to the Association. Section 6.02. The date ninety (90) days after the date of this Agreement is hereby specified for the purposes of Section 12.04 of the General Conditions.

Effective Date; Termination. Section 6.01. The following events are specified as additional conditions to the effectiveness of the Development Credit Agreement within the meaning of Section 12.01 (b) of the General Conditions: (a) the personnel referred Borrower has appointed the following higher level staff to in Sections 3.04 SCP: (b), 3.05, i) a Director; (ii) a Technical Officer; (iii) an Administrative and 3.13 of this Agreement have been employedFinancial Officer; andand (iv) a Program Officer; (b) OFA the Borrower has been legally established with the assets of ACDenacted legislation or regulation, and of the input supply unit of CAMARA in accordance with Sec- tion 3.11 of this Agreement, all in a manner satisfactory to the Association. Section 6.02. The date ninety , governing the following subject matters: (90i) days after the date of this Agreement is hereby specified for the purposes of Section 12.04 of the General Conditions.building and subdivision authorizations;

Effective Date; Termination. Section 6.01. The following events are specified as additional conditions to the effectiveness of the Development Credit Agreement within the meaning of Section 12.01 (b12.01(b) of the General Conditions: (a) the personnel financial management system referred to in Sections 3.04 (b), 3.05, and 3.13 under Article IV of this Agreement have has been employedestablished; and (b) OFA the Borrower has been legally established with furnished to the assets of ACD, Association the Project Implementation Manual in form and of the input supply unit of CAMARA in accordance with Sec- tion 3.11 of this Agreement, all in a manner substance satisfactory to the Association. Section 6.02. The date ninety (90) days after the date of this Agreement is hereby specified for the purposes of Section 12.04 of the General Conditions.

Effective Date; Termination. Section 6.015.01. The following events are specified as additional conditions to the effectiveness of the Development Credit Agreement within the meaning of Section 12.01 (b) of the General Conditions: (a) that the personnel referred to in Sections 3.04 (b)Project Proforma for the carrying out of Parts A, 3.05B, C, and 3.13 E of this Agreement have the Project has been employedapproved; and (b) OFA a draft Project Proforma for Part D of the Project has been legally established with approved by the assets Ministry of ACD, and Water Resources of the input supply unit of CAMARA in accordance with Sec- tion 3.11 of this Agreement, all in a manner satisfactory to the AssociationBorrower. Section 6.025.02. The date ninety (90) days after the date of this Agreement is hereby specified for the purposes of Section 12.04 of the General Conditions.

Effective Date; Termination. Section 6.01. The following events are specified as additional conditions to the effectiveness of the Development Credit Agreement within the meaning of Section 12.01 (b) of the General Conditions: (a) the personnel referred to in Sections 3.04 (b), 3.05Interministerial Review Committee has been established, and 3.13 the Project Coordinator designated, in accordance with Paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement have been employedAgreement; and (b) OFA the Borrower has been legally established with appointed the assets Senior Land Use Planners and District Land Use Planners referred to in paragraph 5 of ACD, and of the input supply unit of CAMARA in accordance with Sec- tion 3.11 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, all in a manner satisfactory the two Districts where Project Implementation is to the Associationcommence. The following events are specified as additional conditions to the effectiveness of the Development Credit Agreement within the meaning of Section 12.01 (b) of the General Conditions: (a) the personnel referred Borrower has adopted the Project Implementation Manual in form and substance acceptable to in Sections 3.04 the Association; (b)) the Borrower has established a financial management system within PCU for the purposes of the Project, 3.05, in form and 3.13 of this Agreement have been employedsubstance acceptable to the Association; and (bc) OFA the Borrower has been legally established with prepared a procurement plan for the assets first year of ACDProject implementation, and of the input supply unit of CAMARA in accordance with Sec- tion 3.11 of this Agreement, all in a manner satisfactory to the Association. Section 6.027.02. The date ninety one hundred eighty (90180) days after the date of this Agreement is hereby specified for the purposes of Section 12.04 of the General Conditions.

Effective Date; Termination. Section 6.01. The following events are specified as additional conditions to the effectiveness of the Development Credit Agreement within the meaning of Section 12.01 (b) of the General Conditions: (a) the personnel referred to in Sections 3.04 (b), 3.05, Implementation Agreement has been executed on behalf of the Borrower and 3.13 of this Agreement have been employedEI; and (b) OFA has been legally established with the assets of ACD, and of the input supply unit of CAMARA auditors referred to in accordance with Sec- tion 3.11 Section 4.01 (b) (i) of this Agreement, all in a manner satisfactory to the AssociationAgreement have been appointed. Section 6.02. The date ninety (90) days after the date of this Agreement is hereby specified for the purposes of Section 12.04 of the General Conditions.

Effective Date; Termination. Section 6.01. The following events are specified as additional conditions to the effectiveness of the Development Credit Agreement within the meaning of Section 12.01 (b) of the General Conditions: (a) the personnel referred Borrower has adopted the Project Implementation Manual in form and substance satisfactory to in Sections 3.04 (b), 3.05, and 3.13 of this Agreement have been employedthe Association; and (b) OFA the Borrower has been legally established with furnished to the assets Association the procurement plan for the first year of ACDProject implementation, and of the input supply unit of CAMARA in accordance with Sec- tion 3.11 of this Agreement, all in a manner satisfactory to the Association. Section 6.02. The date ninety (90) days after the date of this Agreement is hereby specified for the purposes of Section 12.04 of the General Conditions.

Effective Date; Termination. Section 6.01. The following events are specified as additional addi- tional conditions to the effectiveness of the Development Credit Agreement within the meaning of Section 12.01 (b) of the General Conditions, namely, that: (a) the personnel referred to in Sections 3.04 (b), 3.05, AFESD Loan Agreement and 3.13 of this the KFAED Loan Agreement have been employedexecuted; and (b) OFA the IMU referred to in Section 3.02 (b) of this Agree- ment has been legally established with within the assets of ACD, and of the input supply unit of CAMARA in accordance with Sec- tion 3.11 of this Agreement, all in a manner satisfactory PMU pursuant to the Associationprovi- sions thereof. Section 6.02. The date ninety one hundred twenty (90120) days after the date of this Agreement is hereby specified for the purposes of Section 12.04 of the General Conditions.

Effective Date; Termination. Section 6.01. The following events are specified as additional addi-tional conditions to the effectiveness of the Development Credit Agreement within the meaning of Section 12.01 (b) of the General Conditions: (a) the personnel Project Management and Monitoring Unit referred to in Sections 3.04 Part (b), 3.05, and 3.13 1) of Schedule 4 to this Agreement shall have been employedestablished and is fully operational; and (b) OFA has been legally established with the assets consultant referred to in Part (2) of ACD, and of the input supply unit of CAMARA in accordance with Sec- tion 3.11 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, all shall have been appointed and is in a manner satisfactory to the Associationplace. Section 6.02. The date ninety (90) days after the date of this Agreement is hereby specified for the purposes of Section 12.04 of the General Conditions.

Effective Date; Termination. Section 6.01. The following events are specified as additional conditions to the effectiveness of the Development Credit Agreement within the meaning of Section 12.01 (b) of the General Conditions: (a) the personnel referred Borrower shall have established a computerized accounting and financial management system, satisfactory to in Sections 3.04 (b), 3.05, and 3.13 of this Agreement have been employedthe Association; and (b) OFA the Borrower has been legally established with appointed the assets of ACD, and of the input supply unit of CAMARA independent auditors referred to in accordance with Sec- tion 3.11 Section 4.01 (b) of this Agreement, all in a manner satisfactory accordance with the provisions of Section II of Schedule 3 to the Associationthis Agreement. Section 6.02. The date ninety one hundred and twenty (90120) days after the date of this Agreement is hereby specified for the purposes of Section 12.04 of the General Conditions.

Effective Date; Termination. Section 6.015.01. The following events are specified as additional conditions to the effectiveness of the Development Credit Agreement within the meaning of Section 12.01 (b) of the General Conditions: (a) that a Project Consultant for Part A of the personnel referred Project with qualifications acceptable to in Sections 3.04 the Association has been appointed; (b)) that a farmer organization unit with objectives, 3.05, functions and 3.13 of this Agreement have staffing acceptable to the Association has been employedestablished under BLP; and (bc) OFA that a unit for implementation of groundwater development under Part B of the Project with functions and staffing acceptable to the Association has been legally established with the assets of ACD, and of the input supply unit of CAMARA in accordance with Sec- tion 3.11 of this Agreement, all in a manner satisfactory to the Associationestablished. Section 6.025.02. The date ninety (90) days after the date of this Agreement is hereby specified for the purposes of Section 12.04 of the General Conditions.

Effective Date; Termination. Section 6.01. The following events are specified as additional conditions to the effectiveness of the Development Credit Agreement within the meaning of Section 12.01 (b) of the General Conditions: (a) the personnel referred PIU has established a financial management system and has selected an auditor both acceptable to in Sections 3.04 (b), 3.05, and 3.13 of this Agreement have been employedthe Association; and (b) OFA has been legally established with all conditions precedent to the assets of ACD, and effectiveness of the input supply unit of CAMARA in accordance with Sec- tion 3.11 of this GEF Grant Agreement, all in a manner satisfactory to save for the Associationeffectiveness of the Development Credit Agreement, have been fulfilled. Section 6.02. The date ninety (90) days after the date of this Agreement is hereby specified for the purposes of Section 12.04 of the General Conditions.

Effective Date; Termination. Section 6.01. The following events are specified as additional conditions to the effectiveness of the Development Credit Agreement within the meaning of Section 12.01 (b) of the General Conditions: (a) the personnel referred Borrower has prepared and furnished to the Association the Project Implementation Plan, in Sections 3.04 (b), 3.05, form and 3.13 of this Agreement have been employedsubstance acceptable to the Association; and (b) OFA the Borrower has been legally established with appointed auditors for the assets of ACD, and of the input supply unit of CAMARA in accordance with Sec- tion 3.11 of this Agreement, all in a manner satisfactory Project accept- able to the Association. Section 6.02. The date ninety (90) days after the date of this Agreement is hereby specified for the purposes of Section 12.04 of the General Conditions.

Effective Date; Termination. Section 6.01. The following events are specified as additional conditions to the effectiveness of the Development Credit Agreement within the meaning of Section 12.01 (b12.01(b) of the General Conditions: (a) the personnel referred Borrower has appointed the chief accountant, the construction manager and the supervision engineer in accordance with the provisions of Part C of Section II of Schedule 3 to in Sections 3.04 (b), 3.05, and 3.13 of this Agreement have been employed; andAgreement; (b) OFA the Borrower has been legally established appointed an independent auditor with the assets qualifications and under contractual arrangements and terms of ACD, and of the input supply unit of CAMARA in accordance with Sec- tion 3.11 of this Agreement, all in a manner satisfactory reference acceptable to the Association; and (c) the financial management system referred to under Section 4.01 of the Agreement has been established by the Borrower. Section 6.02. The date ninety (90) days after the date of this Agreement is hereby specified for the purposes of Section 12.04 of the General Conditions.

Effective Date; Termination. Section 6.01. The following events are specified as additional conditions to the effectiveness of the Development Credit Agreement within the meaning of Section 12.01 (b) of the General Conditions: (a) the personnel referred Borrower has hired an auditing firm, satisfactory to in Sections 3.04 (b)the Association, 3.05, and 3.13 of this Agreement have been employedto undertake overdue Project audits; and (b) OFA has been legally established with all conditions precedent to the assets of ACD, and effectiveness of the input supply unit of CAMARA in accordance with Sec- tion 3.11 AFDF Loan, other than the effectiveness of this Agreement, all in a manner satisfactory to the Associationhave been fulfilled. Section 6.02. The date ninety (90) days after the date of this Agreement is hereby specified for the purposes of Section 12.04 of the General Conditions.

Effective Date; Termination. Section 6.015.01. The following events are specified as additional conditions to the effectiveness of the Development Credit Agreement within the meaning of Section 12.01 (b) of the General Conditions: (a) The Borrower has issued regulations setting a ceiling, acceptable to the personnel referred to Association, on new entrants in Sections 3.04 (b)medical schools, 3.05, effective for the academic year 1996-97 and 3.13 of this Agreement have been employedthereafter; and (b) OFA The Borrower has been legally established with opened the assets of ACD, Local Contribution Account in its National Bank and of the input supply unit of CAMARA in accordance with Sec- tion 3.11 of this Agreement, all in a manner satisfactory deposited an amount equivalent to the Association$400,000 into such account. Section 6.025.02. The date ninety (90) days after the date of this Agreement is hereby specified for the purposes of Section 12.04 of the General Conditions.

Effective Date; Termination. Section 6.015.01. The following events are specified as additional conditions to the effectiveness of the this Development Credit Agreement within the meaning of Section 12.01 (b) of the General Conditions: (a) the personnel Borrower shall have deposited its first quarterly contribution of $190,000 equivalent into the Project Accounts referred to in Sections 3.04 Section 3.03 of this Agreement; (b), 3.05, and 3.13 ) The Borrower has appointed the Project Administrator referred to in Paragraph 3 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement have been employedAgreement; and (bc) OFA the Borrower has been legally established with selected an organization to undertake procurement of equipment under the assets of ACD, and of the input supply unit of CAMARA in accordance with Sec- tion 3.11 of this Agreement, all in a manner satisfactory to the AssociationProject. Section 6.025.02. The date ninety (90) days after the date of this Agreement is hereby specified for the purposes of Section 12.04 of the General Conditions.

Effective Date; Termination. Section 6.015.01. The following events are specified as additional conditions to the effectiveness of the Development Credit Agreement within the meaning of Section 12.01 (b12.01(b) of the General Conditions: (a) the personnel referred Loan Agreement has been executed and delivered and all conditions precedent to in Sections 3.04 its effectiveness, except only the effectiveness of this Agreement, have been fulfilled; (b)) the Project Manual, 3.05acceptable to the Association, and 3.13 of this Agreement have has been employedadopted; and (bc) OFA the PMD Secretariat has been legally established with the assets of ACD, and of the input supply unit of CAMARA in accordance with Sec- tion 3.11 paragraph 2 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, all in a manner satisfactory to the Association. Section 6.025.02. The date ninety (90) days after the date of this Agreement is hereby specified for the purposes of Section 12.04 of the General Conditions.

Effective Date; Termination. Section 6.015.01. The following events are event is specified as additional conditions an addi- tional condition to the effectiveness of the Development Credit Agreement within the meaning of Section 12.01 (b) of the General Conditions: (a) the personnel referred to in Sections 3.04 (b), 3.05namely, and 3.13 of this Agreement have been employed; and (b) OFA has been legally established with the assets of ACD, and of the input supply unit of CAMARA in accordance with Sec- tion 3.11 of this Agreement, all in a manner that evidence satisfactory to the AssociationAssociation shall have been provided that the Borrower has acquired land for maintenance workshops for medical equipment and pharmaceutical stores to be constructed under Part A (1) of the Project and that such land is available for purposes related to the Project. Section 6.025.02. The date ninety one hundred eighty (90180) days after the date of this Agreement is hereby specified for the purposes of Section 12.04 of the General Conditions.
