This Agreement shall become effective on June and shall remain in full force and effect through midnight the 20th day June, and each year thereafter unless written notice to or desired modification is sent by Certified Mail at least thirty (30) days but not more than ninety (90) days prior to expiration date by either of the parties hereto.
