Effective Expression. Develop students’ effective expression as they write, discuss, present, and use language conventions. Engage students in a range of frequent formal and informal collaborative discussions, including extended conversations, and writing for varied purposes, audiences, and contexts. Teach students to plan, develop, provide feedback to peers, revise using peer and teacher feedback, edit, and produce their own writing and oral presentations in various genres, drawing on the modes of opinion/ argumentation, information, and narration. Develop students’ use of keyboarding, technology, and multimedia, as appropriate, and fluency in spelling, handwriting, and other language conventions to support writing and presentations. Teach young children letter formation/printing and related language conventions, such as capitalization and punctuation, in conjunction with applicable decoding skills.

  • Defined expressions Words and expressions defined in the Loan Agreement and the other Finance Documents shall have the same meanings when used in this Agreement unless the context otherwise requires.

  • Final Expression This Agreement is the final expression of the terms and conditions of this VISA line of credit between you and Credit Union. This written Agreement may not be contradicted by evidence of any alleged oral agreement.

  • Headings; References; Pronouns The headings of the sections of this Agreement are inserted for convenience only and shall not be deemed to constitute part of this Agreement or to affect the construction thereof. References herein to section numbers are to sections of this Agreement. All pronouns and any variations thereof shall be deemed to refer to the singular or plural as appropriate.

  • Definitions and Exhibits The following terms when used in this Agreement shall be defined as follows:

  • References to Credit Agreement All references in the Loan Documents to the Credit Agreement shall be deemed a reference to the Credit Agreement, as modified and amended herein.
