Effective Management. The Caterer will have a competent Dietician-cum-Manager on the premises at all times who shall represent the Caterer in his absence. The Caterer will visit the establishment once a week for overall supervision and ensure the smooth functioning of Canteen including hygienic/neat conditions in Canteen.
