Effective Notices. All notices under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be delivered personally or shall be sent by Federal Express or other comparable overnight delivery courier, addressed as set forth at the beginning of this Agreement, or by facsimile to the facsimile numbers set forth at the beginning of this Agreement. Any such notice shall be deemed given when hand delivered or one (1) business day after pickup by or delivery to an overnight courier.
