Common use of Effective Service Clause in Contracts

Effective Service. To assure the effectiveness of service by providing an opportunity for employees to meet with the Engineer, either individually or through their representatives, to exchange views and opinions on policies and procedures affecting the conditions of their employment, subject to the applicable resolutions of the Greene County Commission, State of Ohio Revised Code, State and Federal Laws, and the Constitution of the State of Ohio and the United States of America.
