Common use of Effective upon ratification Clause in Contracts

Effective upon ratification. the Company shall contribute to the Union Resource Development Fund twelve ($0.12) per hour worked by bargaining unit employees. Said monies to be paid monthly, by separate cheque.

Effective May 15, 2011, the rate shall increase to $0.06 per hour worked by bargaining unit employees. Said monies to be paid monthly, by separate cheque.
