Common use of Effectiveness of Contract Clause in Contracts

Effectiveness of Contract. 4.1 The Contract will go into effect from the effective date between the Parties involved and will encompass a solid and bonding agreement for both. 4.2 If at some point in the future, the system of access to and use of the gas facilities is modified by laws or regulations, the Parties agree to modify, in good faith, the Contract and the Conditions Agreement to suit the new regulations in effect, abiding in all cases by the balance of reciprocal obligations and rights as determined in the Contract. 4.3 The Contract and its Attachments and Addenda include the totality of the commitments assumed by the Parties involved. The Attachments have the same binding effect as the text of this Conditions Agreement of which they are an inseparable part; however, the text of the Contract will prevail over the content of the Attachments in cases of questionable interpretation. 4.4 Any modification of the terms of the present Conditions Agreement and the Contract must be mutually agreed to and subscribed to by all Parties involved, and added in writing.
