Effectiveness Rating. 1. Beginning in the 2013-2014 school year, each teacher evaluation will result in an effectiveness rating of: “Accomplished” “Proficient” “Developing” or “Ineffective” 2. Fifty percent (50%) of the evaluation will be based on teacher performance and fifty-percent (50%) will be based on student growth measures. 3. Teacher Performance and Student Growth Measures ratings will be combined to reach the summative teacher effectiveness rating. 4. The parties recognize that the Board of Education is obligated to submit to the ODE the number of teachers for whom an evaluation was conducted and the number teachers assigned each effectiveness rating. However, teachers’ names and any other personally identifiable information shall not be reported to the ODE.
