Common use of Effects of Termination Clause in Contracts

Effects of Termination. Upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason: 10.1 any sum owing by either Party to the other under any of the provisions of this Agreement shall become immediately due and payable; 10.2 all Clauses which, either expressly or by their nature, relate to the period after the expiry or termination of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect; 10.3 termination shall not affect or prejudice any right to damages or other remedy which the terminating Party may have in respect of the event giving rise to the termination or any other right to damages or other remedy which any Party may have in respect of any breach of this Agreement which existed at or before the date of termination; 10.4 subject as provided in this Clause 10 and except in respect of any accrued rights neither Party shall be under any further obligation to the other; and 10.5 each Party shall (except to the extent referred to in Clause 7) immediately cease to use, either directly or indirectly, any Confidential Information, and shall immediately return to the other Party any documents in its possession or control which contain or record any Confidential Information.

Effects of Termination. Effects of Termination. Upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason: 10.1 14.1 the Host shall ensure the complete and secure removal of the Client Website and all related material from the Hosting Hardware; 14.2 any sum owing by either Party to the other under any of the provisions of this Agreement shall become immediately due and payable; 10.2 14.3 all Clauses which, either expressly or by their nature, relate to the period after the expiry or termination of this Agreement shall remain in In full force and effect; 10.3 14.4 termination shall not affect or prejudice any right to damages or other remedy which the terminating Party may have in respect of the event giving rise to the termination or any other right to damages or other remedy which any Party may have in respect of any breach of this Agreement which existed at or before the date of termination; 10.4 14.5 subject as provided in this Clause 10 14 and except in respect of any accrued rights neither Party shall be under any further obligation to the other; and 10.5 14.6 each Party shall (except to the extent referred to in Clause 711) immediately cease to use, either directly or indirectly, any Confidential Information, and shall immediately return to the other Party any documents in its possession or control which contain or record any Confidential Information.

Effects of Termination. Effects of Termination. Effects of Termination. Upon the termination of this the Agreement for any reason: 10.1 1. any sum owing by either Party to the other under any of the provisions of this the Agreement shall become immediately due and payable; 10.2 2. all Clauses which, either expressly or by their nature, relate to the period after the expiry or termination of this the Agreement shall remain in In full force and effect; 10.3 3. termination shall not affect or prejudice any right to damages or other remedy which the terminating Party may have in respect of the event giving rise to the termination or any other right to damages or other remedy which any Party may have in respect of any breach of this the Agreement which existed exist at or before the date of termination; 10.4 4. subject as provided in this their Clause 10 14 and except in respect of any accrued rights neither Party shall be under any further obligation to the other; and 10.5 5. each Party shall (except to the extent referred to in Clause 711) immediately cease to use, either directly or indirectly, any Confidential Information, and shall immediately return to the other Party any documents in its possession or control which contain or record any Confidential Information.

Effects of Termination. Upon 3.5.1 upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason:the Agreement; 10.1 3.5.2 any sum owing by either Party to the other under any of the provisions of this the Agreement shall become immediately due and payable; 10.2 3.5.3 all Clauses which, either expressly or by their nature, relate to the period after the expiry or termination of this the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect; 10.3 3.5.4 termination shall not affect or prejudice any right to damages or other remedy which the terminating Party may have in respect of the event giving rise to the termination or any other right to damages or other remedy which any Party may have in respect of any breach of this the Agreement which existed at or before the date of termination; 10.4 subject as provided in this Clause 10 and 3.5.5 except in respect of any accrued rights neither Party shall be under any further obligation to the other; and 10.5 3.5.6 each Party shall (except to the extent referred to in Clause 7) 8) immediately cease to use, either directly or indirectly, any Confidential Information, and shall immediately return to the other Party any documents in its possession or control which contain or record any Confidential Information.

Effects of Termination. Effects of Termination. Upon the termination of this Agreement the service for any reason: 10.1 12.1 any sum owing by either Party to the other under any of the provisions of this Agreement the service shall become immediately due and payable; 10.2 12.2 all Clauses which, either expressly or by their nature, relate to the period after the expiry or termination of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect; 10.3 12.3 termination shall not affect or prejudice any right to damages or other remedy which the terminating Party may have in respect of the event giving rise to the termination or any other right to damages or other remedy which any Party may have in respect of any breach of this Agreement which existed at or before the date of termination; 10.4 12.4 subject as provided in this Clause 10 12 and except in respect of any accrued rights neither Party shall be under any further obligation to the other; and 10.5 12.5 each Party shall (except to the extent referred to in Clause 79) immediately cease to use, either directly or indirectly, any Confidential Information, and shall immediately return to the other Party any documents in its possession or control which contain or record any Confidential Information. 12.6 Service Provider shall work with the Client to terminate services provided and return any Equipment belonging to the client within 28 days of termination. If the Service Provider has terminated the Client for illegal activity, Equipment may be kept for evidence and handed directly to the Police or Cyber Crime Team.

Effects of Termination.
