Common use of Effects of withdrawal Clause in Contracts

Effects of withdrawal. If the Participant withdraws from this Contract, The Organiser shall reimburse all payments received from the Participant, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which the Organiser is informed about the Participant's decision to withdraw from this Contract. The Organiser will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as the Participant used for the initial transaction, unless the Participant has expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, the Participant will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
