Effects on Daily Runs Sample Clauses

The 'Effects on Daily Runs' clause defines how certain events, conditions, or contractual changes impact the regular, scheduled operations or services that occur on a daily basis. In practice, this clause might specify what happens to daily deliveries, transportation services, or production runs if there is a disruption, amendment, or suspension under the contract. Its core function is to clarify the consequences for routine daily activities, ensuring both parties understand how their obligations or expectations are affected in the event of changes, thereby reducing uncertainty and potential disputes.
