Efforts to Expeditiously Resolve Employee Concerns. The Employer and the Union desire that all Employees be treated fairly and equitably. It is intended that this grievance procedure provide a means of resolving complaints and grievances at the lowest level possible and the Employer and the Union agree to work toward this end.
