Notwithstanding Section 2.01, Licensee shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cease any public-facing uses of the Licensed Trademarks by any member of the Moon Group as soon as reasonably practicable following the Distribution Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing or anything else to the contrary herein, nothing herein shall require the Moon Group to transition from or cease any uses of any Licensed Trademarks in any internal or non-public-facing systems, Software, archives, facilities, manuals, policies or similar documents, records or other materials that are not public-facing.
